who knew check-in could be such a circus? after standing outside in the heat, I expected a warm welcome—a complimentary drink, perhaps? even the trainee at reception found my struggle amusing. oh, and just one towel? absolutely absurd. I was this close to giving a good review, but just couldn’t.
